City attorneys recently identified the "Year" as October 1 through September 30.  The Parks Department had to give up their definition of October through March and they lopped off the last couple contests on the calendar.  The September events pushed last years' totals beyond allowable numbers, but there won't be any events in September at Sunset or Ehukai next year.
