• Believe the City must prove economic or community benefit if this is the reason for granting exclusive permits.
• Are concerned that too many exclusive events and activities place undue burdens on the community.
• Are willing to help develop solutions when conflicts over access to beaches and near shore waters arise.
• Are willing to let their voices be heard.
• Understand that individuals united in a just cause will always prevail.
